RE - Special Ways of Living - Lesson Bundle!
These engaging and informative lessons develop KS1 children’s understanding of how people of different faiths choose to live their lives in special ways. There are six lessons in total, with two lessons each focusing on the Christian, Buddhist and Muslim faiths respectively.
The lessons should be taught in the following order:
Christianity - The Good Samaritan (belief in compassion/ forgiveness);

Buddhism KS2 Lesson Bundle!
Throughout this series of lessons, children are given a broad introduction to Buddhism, through a range of engaging and informative lessons. The following double-length (approx 60-90 mins) lessons are included:
-Lesson 1: The Story of Siddhartha Gautama
-Lesson 2: Suffering
-Lesson 3: The Noble Eightfold Path
-Lesson 4: Buddhist Stories
Each lesson contains a colourful, comprehensive Powerpoint to guide teachers and children through the activities and learning. All necessary worksheets, templates, and video links are also included.
I originally used these lessons with lower KS2 children, but feel that they can also be easily adapted for children who are slightly older.

The Bible - Big Lesson Bundle!
These engaging and informative lessons provide students with a well-rounded introductory understanding of the Bible. Throughout the sequence of lessons, children understand the structure of the Bible, the content in different sections, and how to find Bible passages through references. Children learn that the Bible can be interpreted from fundamentalist or liberal perspectives. Furthermore, two sections of the Bible are explored in more depth: those relating to the Ten Commandments and the Creation story.

Each lesson contains a comprehensive and colourful Powerpoint (each of at least 15 slides), which guide teachers and students through the learning activities. Challenge activities are provided in order to enrich learning for higher-attaining learners. Where appropriate, eye-catching and helpful worksheets and templates (in both Word and PDF) are also included. Within most lessons, children are asked questions and set challenges to develop their own personal spirituality.
In the past, I have used these lessons with children from across Key Stage 2 - the key learning is aligned with national expectations for RE, and also the content prescribed by most diocese regions.
The resources are suitable for home learning however the first couple of lessons work best if children have access to a physical Bible.

The Five Pillars of Islam - Lesson Bundle!
In these engaging and comprehensive lessons, students are introduced to each of the five pillars of Islam:

St Peter - Collective Worship Bundle!
This bundle contains a series of 3 completely original, engaging and thought-provoking collective worship sessions aiming to build children’s understanding of St. Peter.
Each session focuses on a different aspect of Peter’s life:

Each worship session follows a colourful and comprehensive PowerPoint presentation which guide the worship leader and the children through the worship journey, including opportunities for recall, engagement with scripture, drama-based activities (session 2 contains an original script), videos (hyperlinked), hymns and prayer.
Towards the end of each session, children are encouraged to reflect on their own personal spirituality, in response to deep and relevant discussion questions.
This worship sessions are tried and tested, and have always been really well received in the past. The slides are visually engaging and well-presented, and the subject matter is tailored to the interests and needs of young people. If everything is kept in each session, they take around 30 minutes each to deliver, but you may choose to edit or amend some elements of the session.
No further resources are required - everything that you need to present the sessions is included!
